ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION TSIOLKOVSKY:
The Association Tsiolkovsky was created by a group of young people with common interests and ambitions—to let all young Bulgarians see and get acquainted with the rest of the world and to give them the chance to cooperate with international partners. Our idea is to create a network of capable young people with different abilities and to unite their efforts in the realization of projects with a public benefit. The idea, the planning and the creation of the Association's projects are the main goals of the Association.
